Bike received in 3 days, thank you

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Michelle, the test-ride ambassador. She shared her experience with the Ranger with me. In the end, I chose the thumb throttle as my Rover presale gift. She is extremely responsible and has given me a great deal of advice as a first-time ebike rider, which has enhanced the joy of my retired life.

I like the bike. There are some siple improvement that would make the bike much better.
#1 The bike is advertised as a bike can handle a rider up to 6'6". This is not correct. The seat post is to short. I had to perches a taller one.
#2 the controller and the hand throttle could use a different program. When you pedal the throttle is inoperable. It would be nice if the throttle worked all the time at full power.
#3 Some way to make the handlebars higher
#4 when making turns the bike over steers. This could be a safety issue and should be corrected ASAP!
This is my third cyrusher bike. I have had three Himiways.
All of these bikes have had good points and bad. All of the bad points could be resolved with very little effort or cost.
My cyrusher Trek is a good bike at the price point.

I've been communicating with Amy all this time. She is a representative who really tries hard to answer all my questions. I learned that she was actually on vacation for the past 10 days, but she still replied to my every messages and actively followed up on my order. She truly deserves praise.

I hope this review is helpful! I was looking to upgrade the stock headlight on my Cyrusher Ranger and came across the Kingkong headlight on your website. The installation was straightforward, and the final result looks great. My only minor complaint is that the bracket’s exposed screws and nuts are visible from the rider’s point of view. A cover or a design tweak to hide them would be a nice improvement."

The Rover is amazing! It rides just as comfortably as my XF800. However, its battery is a clear upgrade. The power is enhanced, and the battery life lasts much longer. I'm really satisfied with my Rover.

I had an amazing experience with Cyrusher when purchasing my Rover. I was really torn between the green and the black models. Caitlyn from the Cyrusher team went above and beyond to help me. She actually went to the warehouse to take some photos just for me. When I saw those pictures, I knew immediately that the green was the one for me. I've been riding my Cyrusher Rover for three days now, and I have to say it's been an excellent experience. I ride about 50 miles every day for my commute, and the Rover has been handling it like a champ! When I was in the process of buying the Rover, I must have made at least five phone calls, the Cyrusher team was incredibly patient with me every single time. They answered all my queries thoroughly and made me feel confident in my purchase. Cyrusher really deserves this deal. I'm extremely happy with my Rover, and I look forward to many more miles on it.

The wife was thrilled and didn’t understand why there was a helmet under the tree until she opened the garage door. Haven’t had a chance to go for a ride but reviewing the Rumbler knowing it a solid ride, the specs list speak for themselves

Headlight is a good investment, a lot brighter than the original stock headlight, also horn much louder, only draw back for this headlight in my opinion would be able to have additional features as of a daytime running lights along with low and high beams, which at this time isn’t an option for this headlight at this moment as I was told by Cyrusher staff.

Display came in through the mail from China so it took a little longer than I expected at first, but it did work once I got it

I love the bike. I only wish I could have a brake light. I’ve installed the rear rack would really like a wired brake & tail light! Is there a kit I can buy?

The bike was easy to put together went out for a long ride the seat was very comfortable the full suspension is so nice smoothed out all of the off road bumps the display was easy to use i would recommend the cyrusher kommoda 2.0 to anyone wanting to purchase their first ebike

The Cyrusher customer service is excellent! They helped me with any questions I had about the bikes and also questions about me with assembly, they provided me with a video which was really helped. Giving a link to the an assembly video should be the standard.

I’ve had my Cyrusher Kommoda for over a month and have been very pleased with it. It was easy to assemble and well built. I did extensive research and wanted a reliable bike with quality components- Shimano, hydraulic brakes and 750w or more. I’d suggest investing in the long range battery, if you plan on using Peddle assistance or full power for more than 30 miles a day. I certainly love my bike and love the price. I get 25 mph no problem and 28 mph peddling. Plenty of speed on city streets

Thus far my experience with cyrusher has been top notch. I was going to buy a couple magicycles for my 2 oldest boys for Christmas off a local dealer that were incredibly marked down and the specs of basically the kommoda 2.0 and then I found that the kommoda 2.0 was actually going to be a touch cheaper if I bought 2 and the headlight looked about 100x better than the absolutely abissmal one on the magicycle that we had test road and in the dark. I was still leaning towards getting the local bikes as I've been really leery about ebikes and the quality control issues that may occur. Anyhow, i spoke to a customer service rep that night via live chat and found out I could literally get 3 original kommodas and 3 spare batteries so they'd atleast have more range that way (maybe not quite as much torque) with the original model as long as extra batteries were took along on ride and my wife could go with the boys as well. I was still a little apprehensive as they weren't "local" bikes if there was a problem but they had also ran a deal on Black Friday that if $3k or more was spent they'd include the choice of 3 trailers, basically a $500+ value. I forgot to ask about that during the live chat and the representative from cyrusher had already discounted the extra batteries for me and the third bike as they were running a REALLY GOOD deal on just buying a pair. They got the third bike almost priced down to where the first 2 would be a piece and graciously discounted the extra batteries that were already marked down 50 percent on the site. So being on the fence about local product vs ordering these and also not knowing with 100 percent certainty if we'd receive them for Christmas I had already decided I was going to call the next day to find out about receiving the trailer with the bikes. Basically told myself that if they'll still honor the trailer deal along with everything else they'd already done I would absolutely go with them and hope we would get them before Christmas which my wife was way more concerned about than myself as I felt we are getting 3 bikes, extra batteries, and possibly trailer for a smidge cheaper than getting 2 "but they're local". I made the phone call and no answer, so left a message. Went ahead and made arrangements with bank so that payment would go through if I heard back that day which was December 12th. I talked to someone at 430 central time when they called back and to my surprise was definitely an American so my fear of getting them in time was eased a little even though I had already been told I should have them in 6 days after payment by my online chat. To call an American number though and get a call back by someone who could fluently speak English from the same number sure did inspire some confidence. I told him I was hoping to receive the trailer as well and he said he didn't know as that was a BF promotion and he'd have to check. I did not give any ultimatums or say Id buy the local bikes if not, or anything of the sort. To be honest, just because he got back to me within a couple hours and didn't make any promises or just say no because of the package they had already offered me, I was pleased enough to make the order regardless. I went ahead and waited until that evening and was getting into my email to place the order regardless wanting to hopefully make sure bikes would be shipped in the morning and to my surprise they had sent me a new updated invoice including the trailer at no extra cost. Confirmed the order and sent payment late that night so they absolutely could not have sent the bikes at the earliest until the 13th. We received the bikes yesterday the 18th and to be honest, fedex let me know they had tried to deliver something on the 17th which were certainly the bikes and extra batteries. 4 DAYS TO SEND OUT 3 bikes and 3 extra batteries from Utah to Gulf Shores AL!!! Trailer came separate today the 19th which was a bonus at this point. Bikes were easy to put together while kids were at school today and I test road all 3 of them before putting them up locked away and hidden for Christmas. I'm 6 foot 3 200 pounds and all 3 pulled me around like I'm nothing at power assist 5 with throttle only. I had to tweak a couple derailers so they shifted properly but that's to be expected on any new bike. I love the bikes so far as everything about them screams quality, but loving the company and customer service the most. I'm new to E bikes, but I'm not new to buying products like this. It takes ALOT to impress me and I never really write reviews, but they've earned this one so if you've made it this far, you've probably been apprehensive and on the fence like myself and I hope this helps others make their decision.
