Fender And Rear Rack Set for 24Trax [pre-sale]

The rear rack arrived but the frame was built incorrectly and the mounting holes did not line up with the screw placement on my ebike. After contacting Cyrusher support several times I was finally able to communicate with someone via text. I provided them with multiple photos of the issue and, after some back and forth, they told me to take it to a bicycle repair shop and they would reimburse me the $10-$20 it would cost to try and have it mounted more 'forcefully'.

I asked if I could do an exchange and was told that I may encounter the manufacturing issue again and that I would not be able to be reimbursed the $10-$20 it 'should' take to have it professionally installed. I don't know much of anything that only costs that much so I asked for a refund.

This whole process is currently on day 6 with no resolution and no update. Might be best to find a similar product at another provider..

The bikes are awesome! My ride is mostly dirt/gravel. I take my bike to work (8 miles) 3-4 x/week. I’m a nurse, 61 and love the outdoors! It’s worth having the fenders and rack! Getting items from the dealer can be complicated, but have faith and patience and you will be satisfied! Thank you team Cyrusher for all your support! Sandy
