I received my Quest but didn’t have time to ride the bike to review before I went to Alaska. While in Alaska two things happened. 1- I scheduled my delivery for the Trident and 2- found out that I had won round one Grand Prize. A Rumble Ebike! This was exciting news. Thank you Cyrusher. The Trident has been so much fun to ride, I love the suspension, the smooth gear changer, those hydraulic brakes are very impressive and the one thing I found so very useful was the seat raises up with a push of a lever. My wife the grandkids and I all have ridden the Quest and Rumble. These two e-bikes are equally impressive but with a step through frame. All 3 of these e-bikes have the fat tires and I love the look and the ride. The wife and I go on daily rides and sometimes we have one of are grandkids with us (they love it too). So much fun. I must say that these E-bikes are built to last. Very happy with the purchase.

A future ebike purchase has been on my mind since mountain biking in Bentonville last year at the Bike Fest. It was apparent that riding up elevation was kicking my butt. I have a friend that purchased the Trident brand new and wanted to downsize his inventory of bikes. I was lucky to be in the right place at the right time. I rode it once, and I was sold on the brand. It is guaranteed to plant a smile on your face on every ride.

Cons
I need to shorten the handlebars. The local trails are tricky to manage and do not hit the bars in those areas where the path is narrow.
It's a heavy bike, so there is a learning curve on the dynamics and handling.

Trident is an awesome bike. I have been doing some aggressive riding jumping boulders and rocks which would break most bikes. The quality of the frame and suspension have held up to the aggressive riding. The bike has incredible power. The battery is still 1/2 full after a couple hours of riding. The battery is positioned perfectly on the bike which gives the bike a planted ride. The bike looks much better in person than on the website. I really like the Black color. I am very happy with my purchase and if you are considering purchasing a cyrusher, I highly recommend Trident.

Cyrusher is great, they answered all my questions and make a very high quality product. I am still learning the bike's full potential because I don't have a lot of mountain biking experience and the learning curve is higher than the lower budget fat tire kommoda ebike I got for my wife. The suspension travel is sweet!
